HOT POSITION: Customer Success Manager

Personyze is looking for immediate recruitment of Customer Success Managers.

The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Manager is to drive and grow new business revenue with new and existing clients, support new clients throughout engagement process, and to up-sell existing customers with additional services. The candidate must have the following skills / experience:

  1. Past experience in online sales / account management
  2. Experience in Pre- and Post- Sale Support for Inside Sales Team
  3. 2+ years professional services or sales engineer experience
  4. Success driven and goal oriented, highly motivated individual. A “farmer”!
  5. Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages – a plus)
  6. Experience with a SaaS company – a plus
  7. Compensation structure: base + commissions

 

HOT POSITION: PHP Developers:

Personyze is looking for immediate recruitment of PHP developers.

The candidate must have the following skills / experience:

  1. High level knowledge of PHP
  2. Experience working with MySQL
  3. Extensive experience in client side development in JavaScript
  4. Team player
  5. Experience with development of SaaS products – an advantage

Graphic Designer and UX expert:

The candidate must have the following skills / experience:

  1. Experience in a company developing web applications, preference for experience in Hi-tech companies developing SaaS platform as a UI/UX designer
  2. Understanding and experience in usability
  3. Experience in defining and designing icons
  4. Experience in defining UI guidelines – advantage
  5. Excellent knowledge and experience with leading graphical design software – Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  6. Excellent written and spoken English

Online Marketing Person:

The primary responsibility of the online marketing person is to promote and manage Personyze activities within the social space.

The candidate must have the following skills / experience:

  1. Past experience in online marketing
  2. Deep familiarity with online marketing activities – advertising within social networks, forums, Affiliate networks etc.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages – a plus)
  4. Experience with a SaaS company – a plus

Sales Representatives:

The primary responsibility of the sales representative will be to manage daily sales activities.

The candidate must have the following skills / experience:

  1. Past experience in online sales / account management
  2. Success driven and goal oriented, highly motivated individual. A “hunter”!
  3. Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages – a plus)
  4. Experience with a SaaS company – a plus
  5. Compensation structure: base + commissions

Sales Account Managers:

The primary responsibility of the sales account manager (AM) is to manage the entire sales cycle. The AM generates leads and manages opportunities derived from his/her own leads and marketing leads, from qualification to successful completion of the overall revenue goal. The AM will also be responsible for managing key relationships with existing customers.

The candidate must have the following skills / experience:

  1. At least one year in sales in the high-tech/Internet industry, with proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business
  2. At least one year in sales to the international market (Europe, US)
  3. Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages – a plus)
  4. Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  5. A team player with excellent interpersonal relations

Support Representatives:

The primary responsibility of the support representative is to provide technical support to Personyze customers and partners. The support representative will work closely with Personyze Account Managers and R&D teams.

The candidate must have the following skills / experience:

  1. At least two years in customer support in the high-tech/Internet industry
  2. Understanding of technical terms and the ability to solve technical problems
  3. Knowledge in HTML and other analytic tools – a plus (not mandatory)
  4. Excellent written and spoken English and interpersonal relations (additional languages – a plus)
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
